To make our privacy policy easier to understand, we have listed the types of data and the definition that applies to each one.
- Registration Data: personal details, address (including email address) and personal qualifications, meaning the User's first name, surname, marital status and occupation.

- Processing of Personal Data: any operation involving Personal Data, such as collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.
1) Collection of personal data and information
First of all, it is important to stress that HYDRAWTP must collect, store and process the personal data obtained from users in order to provide the services offered through its website (contact, purchases, etc.).
You should therefore know and expressly and unequivocally accept that HYDRAWTP automatically collects, receives and stores on its servers Personal Data and information about the activity of users' browsers, including geolocation, IP addresses, cookies or other identifying character strings, as well as information about transactions carried out through the platform.
Some personal data are necessarily collected by HYDRAWTP in order to perform the service contract entered into with Users, and in the legitimate interest of making the website work, for example the purchase process.
To complete a transaction on the HYDRAWTP website, you must fill in a form with your shipping and billing details and therefore provide your full name, date of birth, identity document (DNI, NIF and/or CIF or equivalent), phone number, address and email address, and create an access password known only to you.
You are aware that you are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, current and complete information when registering to access the Platform. Please remember that providing incomplete or false information is an offence under the law and may lead to severe penalties.
2) Users' control of their registration data
Each user controls the Registration Data in the profile created on HYDRAWTP and can access and modify them using their username and password. The username and password are personal and known only to the user, who must keep them confidential. HYDRAWTP is not responsible for how the User uses these data. Users can update their HYDRAWTP registration information through the user area on HYDRAWTP.
3) Collection and use of personal data
The Personal and Registration Data collected, as well as any other information gathered, may be used by our team to contact you, to inform you about your activity related to HYDRAWTP tools, and to send system alerts and notifications.
In addition, the Personal and Registration Data collected, as well as any other information and access logs for HYDRAWTP tools, may be stored, handled, processed and used by us for the following purposes:
(i) To provide the services offered by HYDRAWTP effectively and efficiently, allowing them to work quickly and securely;

(iii) To improve our commercial and marketing strategies in order to improve the products and services offered;
(iv) To send Users messages with information about HYDRAWTP products, services, advertising, promotions, banners and news.
3.1) Personal data and users' rights
Users have the right to receive clear and complete information, whenever formally requested, about any personal data collected and/or processed by HYDRAWTP. For more detailed information on how data are collected and on the use of cookies and similar tools, please see our Cookie Policy.
Users may also contact HYDRAWTP at any time to exercise their rights of erasure, rectification, correction and restriction of use of their personal data, including receiving the requested personal data in a suitable, structured and commonly used format, where the applicable law guarantees this.
Users may also exercise their rights and file complaints with the data protection authorities competent in their jurisdiction.
To exercise any of their rights relating to personal data collected and processed by HYDRAWTP, or to send any questions on the subject, Users should contact HYDRAWTP by email at info@hydrawtp.com.
Users whose personal information has been collected and processed on the basis of their consent may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the collection and processing carried out by HYDRAWTP during that period. Personal data obtained on the basis of HYDRAWTP's legitimate interest or the need to perform a contract may be challenged by email at info@hydrawtp.com.
If the user withdraws consent or requests the deletion of data collected and processed on the basis of legitimate interest and/or the need to perform the contract, the user acknowledges and accepts, from now on, that HYDRAWTP will not be liable for any loss of or damage to their personal data resulting from the withdrawal of consent.
Some personal data collected must, due to legal obligations imposed on HYDRAWTP by the competent authorities, be kept in our files for a minimum legal period, even if the User requests their deletion and/or modification. For example, data linked to tax documents, financial transactions, tax identity, full name and other data needed to identify a given financial, tax or fiscal operation will be kept by HYDRAWTP even if their deletion is requested.
We repeat that HYDRAWTP must collect, store and process the personal data obtained from Users in order to provide the services offered through its website.
However, we guarantee our Users that we will make our best efforts to keep all personal data collected secure, protected and confidential, although it is technically impossible to guarantee that data cannot be breached in the event of external attacks or system failures.
In such cases, we undertake to inform Users of what happened and which data were affected, in line with the principle of transparency and trust that must govern the relationship between HYDRAWTP and its Users.
You may ask to be removed from our commercial or advertising lists at any time.
4) Storage and protection of the personal data collected
All Users' Personal Data collected and processed under this Privacy Policy, when browsing, registering on HYDRAWTP, using the website or at any other moment of contact or communication between the user and the website, will be stored in our database and processed until the user withdraws their consent. All other data, as specified above, will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were originally collected. We may also keep information as required by law, for a minimum of 6 (six) months or longer, where so determined by a court or administrative order under the legislation in force, or for legitimate purposes of developing and providing services to users.
The Personal Data provided to HYDRAWTP, or otherwise collected by HYDRAWTP, will be stored in secure databases following best practices, with access restricted to employees with the necessary credentials, who are bound to keep the information confidential and not to misuse it.
HYDRAWTP may store and process Personal Data and other information collected on a server located abroad.
5) Disclosure of registration and personal data to third parties
You accept that HYDRAWTP may provide Personal and Registration Data, such as full name, address, phone number and email address, to the courier companies hired to deliver the products bought on the website.
Likewise, you accept that, in order to prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, disputes, complaints about CONTENT or any sign of wrongdoing by Users, including the spreading of SPAM and situations involving potential threats to someone's physical safety, the Personal and Registration Data of the Users involved may be provided to those affected. In certain cases, if deemed necessary, HYDRAWTP may also provide the data collected to the bodies and entities involved in investigating or resolving disputes between Users or between Users and third parties, such as insurance companies, arbitration proceedings and other competent administrative bodies.
You also accept that HYDRAWTP may share the Personal and Registration Data collected with HYDRAWTP's outsourced service providers, so that they can carry out their activities and help improve the Platform's services and operations, including but not limited to: data backup, fraud prevention services, email and database service providers and invoicing, among others. In this case, HYDRAWTP requires all service providers with which it shares users' Personal Data to include in their contracts provisions that guarantee the proper protection, secrecy and confidentiality of data processing.
You further accept that, in the event of a corporate transaction involving the restructuring of the business group to which HYDRAWTP belongs, or the purchase and/or sale of shares and assets, the Personal Data collected may be considered one of the business assets to be transferred. In such cases, HYDRAWTP may transfer Users' Personal and Registration Data if it is acquired by, or merges with, another company or companies.
Except in the cases mentioned in this Privacy Policy, the Personal and Registration Data collected directly by the Platform, as well as the access logs (IP address, date, time and time zone) and the data on transactions carried out through the Platform, may only be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
- At the request or with the specific authorisation of the user;
- With a court order.
6) Retention of registration and personal data after account deletion
You can delete your HYDRAWTP account at any time from your user page on the website; any other means intended for this purpose will not be effective. If the User makes the corresponding request, under section 3.1 above, HYDRAWTP will permanently delete the Personal Registration Data provided by the User at the end of their relationship with HYDRAWTP, within a maximum of 5 days. Access logs (IP), if any, will be deleted once they have been stored for 180 days, in accordance with the legislation in force in each country.
