Hydro dipping activator

The activator is the product that dissolves the polyvinyl layer of the film and gets the ink ready to wrap around the part. Here you have it in every format: a 400 ml spray can for small jobs, and 500 ml and 1 litre bottles, a 5 litre drum and a 25 litre drum for workshops and production.

Our activator covers up to 20 square metres per litre, so it works out very cheap per part. It is applied in a single pass at 20-25 cm, with the water at around 25 degrees, and each product page shows the recommended hydration time for the film. The best-selling format is the 400 ml activator spray, because you don't need a spray gun. For bulk activator you normally use a spray gun with a 1.0 nozzle.
